Actual Size

For the best results, provide artwork at 100% of the final print size at 300 DPI or higher. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) can be scaled to any size without quality loss.

Bleed & Safe Zone

Bleed / Cut / Safe
  • Bleed: Extend artwork 1/8" (0.125") beyond cut line
  • Cut Line: Final sticker size
  • Safe Zone: Keep important elements 1/8" inside cut line

Color Guidelines

  • Use CMYK color mode for accurate print colors
  • RGB colors will be converted to CMYK and may shift slightly
  • For specific brand colors, provide Pantone references
  • Avoid using pure black (0,0,0,100) for large areas - use rich black instead
  • White elements print as white - no need for transparency

Text & Fonts

  • Convert all fonts to outlines before submitting
  • Minimum font size: 6pt for best readability
  • Avoid thin strokes or fine details smaller than 0.5pt
  • If using Photoshop, rasterize text layers at 300+ DPI

Die Cut Stickers

For custom-shaped (die cut) stickers, include a separate cut path:

  • Create a vector cut line in a separate layer
  • Use a solid stroke color (commonly magenta or cyan) for the cut path
  • Avoid complex shapes with too many points or sharp corners
  • Minimum detail size: 1/8" for reliable cutting
