4. Orders and Pricing

• You will receive a digital proof for approval
• Payment is captured only after you approve the proof
• Production begins after proof approval

Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change. Prices shown at checkout are final, including applicable taxes and shipping costs. We are not responsible for pricing errors; in such cases, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Artwork and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all artwork, designs, and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for fulfilling your order.

Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to all uploaded content
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws
• You will not upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing:

• Trademarks or logos without permission
• Offensive, obscene, or discriminatory content
• Illegal or regulated products (drugs, weapons, etc.)

6. Proof Approval

By approving a proof, you acknowledge that:

• You have carefully reviewed all aspects of the design
• The design is ready for production
• You accept responsibility for any errors in the approved proof
• Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval

We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your order to the address you provide. You are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate shipping address
• Being available to receive the shipment
• Inspecting items upon delivery
• Reporting damage or defects within 7 days

Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays.
