At Xpress Stickers, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. Because all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, our refund policy is designed to balance quality assurance with the unique nature of custom printing.

Proof Approval Process

Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof for approval. By approving the proof, you confirm that:

  • The design, colors, text, and layout are correct
  • You have reviewed all specifications (size, material, finish)
  • You approve the order for production

Once a proof is approved, the order enters production and payment is captured.

Refund Eligibility

Before Proof Approval

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before approving the proof. Your payment is only authorized (not charged) until proof approval.

After Proof Approval

Orders cannot be cancelled once the proof is approved and production has begun. However, we will provide a full refund or replacement if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product
  • The product does not match the approved proof
  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • We made an error in production

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Design errors present in the approved proof
  • Color variations inherent to the printing process (within industry standards)
  • Customer error in specifications or artwork
  • Change of mind after proof approval
  • Delays in shipping caused by carrier issues

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

  • Email: support@xpressstickers.com
  • Include your order number and detailed description of the issue
  • Provide photos if there is a quality or accuracy concern

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Replacement Orders

If your order is defective or does not match the approved proof, we will offer a replacement at no charge. Replacement orders are prioritized and typically ship within 3-5 business days.
