At Xpress Stickers, we strive to get your custom products to you as quickly as possible. This policy outlines our shipping options, processing times, and what to expect when you order from us.
Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes to produce your order after proof approval. This does not include shipping time.
- Standard Processing: 3-5 business days after proof approval
- Rush Processing: 1-2 business days after proof approval (additional fee applies)
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Proof Approval
Your order processing time begins after you approve your digital proof. We typically send proofs within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Please review and respond to proof approvals promptly to avoid delays.

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping
- Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Carrier: USPS First Class or Priority Mail
- Tracking: Provided
- Cost: Starts at $5.99
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Carrier: USPS Priority Mail or UPS
- Tracking: Provided
- Cost: Starts at $12.99
Express Shipping
- Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Carrier: USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day
- Tracking: Provided
- Cost: Starts at $24.99
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location:
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-21 business days
- Other International: 14-28 business days
Note: International orders may be subject to customs delays, duties, and taxes that are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package
You can also track your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete:
- We ship to the address provided at checkout
- We cannot modify the address after the order ships
- PO Boxes are accepted for standard shipping only
- Signature may be required for high-value orders

Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on the tracking information
- Contact the carrier to file a claim
- Contact us within 7 days, and we will assist with the carrier claim
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Do not discard the packaging
- Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Delayed Shipments
While rare, shipments may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Holidays and peak shipping periods
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Holidays and Peak Seasons
During major holidays and peak seasons, both processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early if you have a specific deadline. Holiday schedules will be posted on our website.
International Customs and Duties
For international orders:
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply
- These fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- Customs clearance can delay delivery
- We cannot predict or control customs fees
- We cannot declare items as gifts or undervalue shipments
Rush Orders
Need your order faster? We offer rush processing for an additional fee:
- Rush processing reduces production time to 1-2 business days
- Combine with express shipping for fastest delivery
- Rush fees are calculated at checkout
- Rush orders are subject to availability
